Shipping A Firearm - FFL’s And Transfer Of Ownership
 
Mikesgunsandarchery.Com will only transfer ownership of any firearm to individuals or agencies with a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means we will not ship directly to a purchaser unless you possess a valid FFL.
At your request, Mikesgunsandarchery.Com will transfer your purchased firearm to a licensed gun dealer in your state.
You must contact the FFL dealer you wish us to transfer the firearm to. Understand that most FFL holders will charge you a fee to have the firearm shipped to them and transferred to you. You also must complete all the required paperwork when you pick up the purchased firearm and pay any fees the dealer charges. It is your responsibility to make sure you are abiding by all of your state laws concerning the purchase of firearms. If you have questions regarding your state’s laws, please contact a FFL dealer in your state.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for forwarding a copy of your dealers FFL to Mikesgunsandarchery.Com. We will accept either faxed or mailed SIGNED copies. Make sure the copies are legible and include your name and type of firearm you are purchasing on the copy.

SHIPPING
 
Mikesgunsandarchery.Com charges $25 for shipping and handling on any single handgun or long gun purchase. Multiple guns may be purchased and shipped on the same order, however we will charge an additional $10 for each gun. The shipping charge on most small accessories is $8.00. Whenever possible we will combine any orders we can into one order. The shipping and handling charge covers the cost of standard shipping. If you require expedited shipping, the shipping fees will be greater. You must contact us for a quote if you want expedited shipping.
Firearms will normally ship within 3-7 working days after we receive your payment and a copy of the Federal Firearms License. Non-firearm orders normally ship from 3 to 7 working days after we receive your payment. Handguns are shipped two day air and will arrive at their destination in 2 to 3 business days excluding holidays.
Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii will be greater than our standard charges. Please email or call to get a quote on shipping.
 
 
 
RETURNS
 
Mikesgunsandarchery.Com guarantees all of the used guns that we sell. New guns fall under the manufacturers warranty, therefore, Mikesgunsandarchery.Com does not guarantee them. If you have a problem with something you purchased from Mikesgunsandarchery.Com, please contact us for a return authorization number before returning anything to us. Remember that once you take possession of a gun it is considered used. Inspect your shipment before you have your FFL dealer transfer it to you.

PICKING UP ITEMS AT OUR RETAIL STORE
 
If you choose to pick up your purchases at our retail store, please contact us to make sure your order is ready. If you pick up your item at our retail store or are a Kentucky resident, you must pay Kentucky sales tax of 6%. If you are not a legal resident of Kentucky you may not pick up a handgun at our retail store. A long gun may be purchased by out of state residents but it is your responsibility to know your state’s laws concerning owning any firearm.
